It is now widely recognised that Shear Stress governs both the accumulation and mobilisation of discolouration material. 

Effundo provide an Advanced Flushing Design (AFD) service using the very latest in Shear Stress technology. 

AFD designs are developed based upon maximum shear stress, which is obtainable uniformly across the majority of the DMA. This ensures that the network is cost effectively cleaned to its maximum potential, thus reducing discolouration risk as much as possible and increasing the return rate between subsequent operations.
